Sunnah & Science Sessions

A short session takes one sunnah — honey, sleep, the timing of a meal, cleanliness — and sets it beside a careful note from health or nature, without turning Rasulullah ﷺ into a lab mascot. Islamic Center Information Hub uses this to increase love of the sunnah, not to bargain with it.

Students ask questions. Teachers distinguish a hadith from a weak claim circulating in forwards.

These sessions pair with the Science and Qur’an workshop. Together they teach that the Center is not afraid of knowledge and not careless with wahy.
