Press Conference

When the Center has something the city should hear — a new term at Islamic Children Academy, a welfare drive, a public stand on haya or girls’ education — Islamic Center Information Hub calls a press conference. The room is for facts: dates, numbers we can stand by, and the names of people who actually did the work.

Staff who sat the journalism workshop often help with a one-page note and a quote that is true. We do not perform anger for a camera. We do not hide a difficulty with a slogan. Questions are taken with adab; rumours are corrected without a fight.

Journalists from Firozabad and nearby are invited as announced. Neighbours who want the Center’s story told fairly should know this is how we tell it: in public, on the record, from Madina Colony, in the same voice we use in the hall.
