Teachers’ Training & Capacity-Building Workshop

This workshop is for teachers of Islamic Center Information Hub and Islamic Children Academy. It treats teaching as an amanah: lesson planning, classroom adab, how to correct a child without humiliating them, and how to keep Qur’an, akhlaq, and contemporary subjects on one timetable.

Participants work on lesson openings, questioning, board work, and the difference between covering a chapter and making a student understand. Senior teachers share what has worked in Madina Colony classrooms since the academy opened, including mixed-ability groups and parents who need clear feedback.

Schools and madrasas in Firozabad that want capacity-building rooted in Islamic ethics may be invited when seats remain. The Center runs this training so that every new teacher inherits the same standard of sabr, clarity, and respect for the student.
